Material:

Made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304), which is a standard quality material for food and beverage processing equipment due to its resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning.

Cooling System:

Features like an adjustable pressure valve, a glycerine manometer, and a thermometer socket ensure precise control over the fermentation environment.

Surface Roughness:

The guaranteed inner surface roughness (Ra < 0.8 μm or Ra < 0.5 μm) is significant as it affects the cleanliness and overall quality of the product.

Access and Sampling:

The service door (manhole) and sample valve allow for easy access and sampling during the fermentation process.

Safety Features:

Safety valves and venting valves are included for overpressure and vacuum protection, as well as for safety draining and accurate pressure measurement.

The tanks can be customized according to customer requirements, including changes in cone angles, addition of tri-clamp fittings for carbonation stones, and different designs for fermenters (side rotating racking arms or standpipe design).

Output and Level Indication:

The pure-beverage output armature with a butterfly valve and the filling level indicator are essential for controlling the output of the beverage and visualizing the height level of the product in the tank.
