Material:

The tank is made from stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304), known for its corrosion resistance and suitability for food and beverage applications.

Dimensions and Customization:

It has standardized dimensions and can also be customized according to individual customer requirements.

Interior and Exterior Shells:

The interior shell is made of SUS304 with a thickness of 4mm, while the exterior shell is also SUS304 with a thickness of 2.5mm.

Welding:

It is 100% TIG welded with pure argon gas shield, a technique known for strong, clean welds.

Interior Finish:

The interior is polished to a finish of 0.4~0.6 μm without any dead corners, ensuring easy cleaning and sanitation.

Insulation:

Polyurethane insulation with a thickness of 80mm, providing excellent temperature retention.

Relief Valve:

A mechanical relief valve set at 2 bar is located on the CIP arm.

Manway:

A flanged manway is situated on top for access.

Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) System:

Includes a CIP arm with a 360° coverage CIP spraying ball for thorough internal cleaning.

Sampling Valve:

A sanitary sampling valve is included for quality checks.

Glycol Jacket:

Located on the side wall for efficient cooling.

Carbonation Port:

Equipped with a stone for carbonation.

Pressure Gauge:

A shockproof pressure gauge is mounted on the CIP arm.

Discharge Arm:

Features a tri-clamp discharge arm with a butterfly valve.

Thermowell:

Designed for a high accuracy temperature sensor.

Legs and Leveling:

3 or 4 completely SUS304 heavy-duty legs with leveling pads are provided for stability.
