Brewery Planning and Design

  • Customized breweries planned and designed with client collaboration to define specific processes.
  • Vessel variety and configurations: multifunctional tanks (mash mixer – lauter, kettle – whirlpool) and individual process tanks (mash mixer, lauter, boil kettle, whirlpool, hot/cold water tanks).

Construction and Equipment Features

  • Fully piped and wired systems, inclusive of valves and sensors.
  • Integrated pump systems for operational efficiency.
  • CIP (Clean-In-Place) system: separate CIP for each tank to eliminate cross-product interference.
  • Master brew interface with a touchscreen control panel for simplified operation.
  • Staircases and platforms that connect vessels compactly; the walk-on surfaces are perforated and sectional to prevent slips.

Automation and Insulation

  • Automated lautering and water mixing processes.
  • High-quality insulation with Rock wool (thickness: 80mm) to maintain temperature and energy efficiency.
  • Exemplary welding and polishing work with all argon gas protection welding and a polishing precision up to Ra0.6µm.

Quality and Durability of Materials

  • World-renowned electronic components, including Siemens PLC and touchscreen, Schneider circuit breakers, Airtac electromagnetic valves, and other pneumatic parts.
  • Durable materials with excellent abrasion resistance: inner-jacket (SUS304) thickness: 3.0mm; external-jacket thickness: 2.0mm; seal head thickness: 3.0mm.

Fermentation and Storage Units

  • Fermentation Unit: standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks, with quantities calculated based on the fermentation cycle for various beers, including all necessary manholes, valves, pressure gauges, and fittings.
  • Bright Tank Unit: standard stainless steel bright tanks for beer maturation, conditioning, serving, and carbonation, with tank quantities tailored for various beers and functions, equipped with all manholes, valves, carbonation stones, gauges, and fittings.

Cooling and Control Units

  • Cooling Unit: insulated glycol water tank with optional copper coil for glycol liquid storage and mixing; efficient chillers or refrigerators with freon; a sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recirculation among tanks and heat exchangers; all associated pipes, fittings, and insulation materials are included.
  • Controlling Unit: electrical cabinets for temperature and on-off control for the brewhouse and cooling parts; includes temperature controllers, thermocouples, solenoid valves, etc.; optional PLC with touchscreen panel for specialized requests.
