Flash HTST Pasteurizer
Features:
1. Fresh beer is pre-heated and sterilized at 72°C using hot water (75°C).
2. It’s then cooled to 4°C with chilled water.
3. Sterilization temperature is controlled with a steam valve.
4. If needed, the beer can be re-sterilized.
Energy Consumption (based on 1,000 L/h):
– Steam Consumption: ≤12 kg/h
– Chilled Water Flowrate: ≤3:1
– Chilled Water Consumption: 6 kkcal/h
